INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup sugarINSTRUCTIONS FOR MICROWAVE
Beat or blend in mixer all of the ingredients EXCEPT for the butter and vanilla.
Pour mixture into a microwave bowl of at least 2 1/2 quart capacity.
Cook at 400 watts until thickened, stirring every 3 minutes.
Add the butter and vanilla and stir it until the butter is melted and blended in.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STOVETOP
Beat or blend in mixer all of the ingredients EXCEPT for the butter and vanilla
.
Pour mixture into a 2 quart sauce pan.
Cook over medium low heat for 25-30 mintues, stirring constantly.
Add butter and vanilla and stir it until the butter is melted and blended in.
WANT IT CHOCOLATE?
Don't add any butter or vanilla. Increase sugar to 1 cup, and also add 1/3 cup cocoa powder.BANANA PUDDING
While the vanilla pudding is still warm, alternate layers of bananas, vanilla wafers, and the pudding in a bowl and cool. YUM!Source:
